Easter Cotswolds' walk

To reconnect to some early days spent in England, visited the lovely host family in the capital of Cotswolds, a full Easter holiday was in the historical Regency town. (Have to put aside the nuances of this meeting.)

Plenty of walks everyday, saw the local Gloucester Rugby team played yesterday on TV, horse racing events prove its maturity in event organization, some golfing breaks are on offer.

It is all possible to walk across two ends in Cheltenham town, such as in Oxford and Cambridge.

Power walking and jogging

(Yesterday, Will Young was running the Virgin London Marathon for Catch22 and he officially opened the marathon.)

Another beautiful day today in London. The putting area in Friern Park is still to be sorted out. In order to keep the golfing spirit balanced, I have been adding small jogs aiming for a 40 mins from home to the range, that is perfect for a 1/3 a weekly workout, power walk and jogs are on the way.

Recently, the heart health interests me a great deal. I knew that any consistent cardiovascular exercise will help improve endurance, strengthen muscles and reduce the risk of developing life threatening illnesses such as coronary heart disease, stroke. Power walking deliberately that is fast walking, and jogging are effective exercises which I want to alternate performing, this is the exercise I am to do more combining the two similar exercises into a single 30- to 45-minute exercise session.

Yes, am very much absorbed into cardiovascular fitness. The power walk can build a healthy heart as most people know. The heart is a muscle, when gets older, the heart can weaken from lack of use. During the power walk and jog, I try to move fast enough to get out of breath. When I breathe harder, my heart works harder and over time, gets strong. A strong heart enables me to stay active long, and maintains my heart health as I age. In addition, regularly exercising through walking or jogging will increase the amount of good cholesterol I have, which will help the blood in my arteries flow properly.

Sunday Master Final

Did not have time to watch all, but yesterday' final was exciting. MciLroy did not win over the green jacket, but Charl S did (b 1984, rsa). During those hours saw some wonderful eagles but not small numbers of missing goals.

Having been tired by working out the chapters of Judges, so missed many moments when watching. Anyhow, searched the web and found something wanting to note: (copied)

The Champions Dinner. It's the most exclusive dinner in all of golf, reserved only for Masters champions past and present and hosted by the reigning champion, who chooses the menu.

Facebook fan quotes:

"It's a tie... Masters past champions dinner (most recent winner gets to pick the menu... just so long as there's lots of meat!) and the fact that you can leave your stool anywhere on the course and NO ONE will touch it!" -- Jim Miller

"Champions Dinner is my favorite... I wonder what'll be on the menu next year." -- Scott Holcombe

Everything is green at The Masters. Sandwich wrappers, water bottles, bags of chips, cups, you name it - it's all green.

Facebook fan quote:

"The fact that everything within the fences is Master's Green... and that if you bring in a drink, you guys will let us keep it but pour it into a green cup! Also LOVE the skipping the balls on 16!" -- David Gordon

Westwood's 9.10pm at Masters today, Beatuful London

Watching the Masters, impressed by the 9.10pm Westwood's flying high little shot touching the green only 1 mtr away from the goal. Fisher is not doing so well yet, Ross is falling behind, Choi is 4.

The walk to the green was 3 miles, only played 25 balls, keep the health as No 1 as my mother keeps reminding me every day.

In this beautiful London April, apart from golf, one can not forget the "Dragonfoil and the Furnace of Colours" by Vernon Watkins.

The most important part in health - heart health (draft)

No good health, one would not enjoy particpating in good sports to a great extend.

check: Looking into iron intake, lamb liver soup,a bowl branflakes

Going to try stir fried giner lamb liver, with a side kimchi dish for blood building food - to add iron, hope the flavours will agree, thinking of a Sunday roasted beef/pork also good with kimchi...
