The most important part in health - heart health (draft)

No good health, one would not enjoy particpating in good sports to a great extend.

check: Looking into iron intake, lamb liver soup,a bowl branflakes

Going to try stir fried giner lamb liver, with a side kimchi dish for blood building food - to add iron, hope the flavours will agree, thinking of a Sunday roasted beef/pork also good with kimchi...
